Basketball training located in Brookline, MA

Individual Training

One-on-one training focused on foundational athleticism and skill development.

Each sessions will begin engaging motor skills—balance, coordination, agility, and reaction time—laying the groundwork for strong athletic performance. As training progresses, athletes transition into basketball-specific skill refinement, working on developing ball handling, shooting mechanics, and game-situation moves and reads.

Group Training

Small group workouts (2-4 athletes) designed to enhance game variability, sharpen decision-making, and refine one-on-one scoring.

These sessions create a dynamic training environment where athletes learn to read and react to in-game situations. By incorporating live-action drills, competitive scenarios, and high-intensity reps, players develop the ability to make quick, strategic decisions under pressure. Emphasis is placed on advanced footwork, scoring efficiency, and adaptability in various game contexts.

Compete Sessions

Large group workout (6-10 athletes) designed to simulate game situations through 3-on-3, 4-on-4, and 5-on-5 situations.

These sessions emphasize real-time decision-making, team dynamics, and competitive intensity. Athletes will refine their ability to read defensive coverages, create scoring opportunities, and use common actions under game pressure. With a focus on communication, spacing, and situational awareness, players will enhance both their offensive/defensive knowledge and skillsets in an organized, competitive environment.
